Our Fee Structure

Our fee structure is meant to fit the budget of small to mid-size firms and individuals.

For entity formation matters our fees typically range range from $1,600 to $1,800 for a Corporation or LLC formation package.

For contract drafting, license drafting and agreement review matters we always attempt to provide a flat fee estimate for the project. As an example, the drafting and review of a 20-page business agreement where no negotiation is required may be quoted in the $1,200 to $1,400 range. Fees are often lower for reviewing common business agreements such as Commercial Space Leases. For those projects where we cannot provide a flat fee estimates we typically bill on an hourly basis. We will work with your budget to ensure that you get the desired results at a manageable cost.

For business immigration visas our fees range from $1,500 to $4,000 depending on the complexity of the visa. For certain investor visas we can often set up a package that includes US business entity formation along with the appropriate visa application. Such packages usually provide savings of 20%-30% compared to the use of separate firms to handle the immigration and business formation matters.

Currently, our hourly rates range from $250 to $350. Volume discounts are available for clients that utilize more than 20 hours of legal services per month.
