We are former 'big' firm attorneys with a passion for serving small to mid-size companies and individuals by offering a combination of high-quality, personalized and affordable legal tools and services. We focus our attention on strategies that make a difference for our clients.

Our Fee Structure

Our fee structure is meant to fit the budget of small to mid-size companies and individuals.

We provide a discounted initial consultation fee of $180 for a one-hour initial consultation with an experienced business attorney.

For entity formation matters our fees typically range from $1,200 to $1,600 for a Corporation or LLC formation package, including courier and filing fees.

For contract drafting, license drafting and agreement review matters we always attempt to provide a flat fee estimate for the project. As an example, the drafting and review of a 20-page business agreement where no negotiation is required may be quoted in the $1,200 to $1,400 range. Fees are often lower for reviewing common business agreements such as Commercial Leases. For those projects where we cannot provide a flat fee estimates we typically bill on an hourly basis. We will work with your budget to ensure that you get the desired results at a manageable cost.

Currently, our hourly rates range from $280 to $350. Volume discounts are available for clients that utilize more than 20 hours of legal services per month.
